We're a wilderness B and B near Wiarton ON, set amid a huge tract of forest. The map shows our central location on the Bruce Peninsula (but we're not that big). This allows you to day-trip to all the tourist hot spots. Our rooms front on Niagara Escarpment wilderness; every night, you'll sleep just steps from these deep, mysterious woods. Out your window the wildlife is diverse; the chatter of squirrels and day birds gives way to the haunting calls of whip-poor-wills, owl hoots, and cricket chirps at night. Sleep comes so easily and naturally here! We have integrated our lodgings with this beautiful natural asset, so you can use us a home base for all your outdoor excursions.

 

Our rooms really are luxurious; many guests tell us that they're better than the pictures. All rooms have private baths, walkout decks, A/C, Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, and 1020-count bed sheets.This placement of luxury at the very edge of the wilderness is a welcome retreat for travelers and vacationers  alike. You can do more here! For our guests, we offer special activities, which vary with the seasons. In the warmer months, we offer guided bicycle and boat tours, taking you to some of the best and most interesting attractions on the Bruce. Because of our dark night skies, we conduct a free activity called telescope nights, when it's not cloudy. Come and peer into a 10-inch telescope, and discover the universe! During winter, try our sleigh rides, or join us in making a survival fire. Here's an activity for the adventurous: we're partnered with Singing Dogs, who offer guided dog sledding  tours.
